Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: weranklab. The address and tax details appear on the payment receipt. Email: [email protected].

Buyer: the person who tops up credit with a weranklab account, as recorded in that account.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of credit (a prepaid usage balance) bought online in the weranklab workspace. 1 credit equals 1 US dollar and works across every weranklab feature.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown on the payment page before you pay. You pay by card (through PayTR) or with cryptocurrency (through Cryptomus).

Card payments are charged in USD; if your card uses another currency, your bank converts at its own rate. The seller never sees or stores card details.

4. Delivery

Credit is added to the buyer's account electronically as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment. There is no physical delivery. Crypto confirmations can take a few minutes.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly. By confirming the payment, the buyer agrees that the credit is delivered immediately.

Requests to refund credit that has not been used at all are still handled under the Refund Policy.

6. General terms

The buyer confirms reading the Preliminary Information Form before paying and accepts this agreement electronically. The agreement is formed when the payment is confirmed.

Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes, within the limits set by law.
