Frequently asked questions

How do I set up Telegram alerts?

Create your own bot in Telegram, then enter the bot details and your chat ID under Settings > Telegram. You can send a test message to check the connection, and pick a different chat per tracked site.

Can I see desktop and mobile positions separately?

Yes. For each site you choose desktop, mobile or both. The Telegram message shows both side by side.

How much does a check cost?

It depends on how many keywords you track, how deep we look and how often. The workspace shows the estimated cost per check before you save a tracker.

Which keywords should I track?

Start with the keywords for the pages that bring you sales or leads, then add the keywords for content you have just published.

Can I compare with competitors keyword by keyword?

Yes. We list the sites sharing page one with you across your tracked keywords, with their visibility. Click a competitor to see its position next to yours for every keyword, counted as where you lead, where they lead, and where only they rank.

Can I check that a keyword ranks with the right page?

Yes. Set a target URL per keyword. If Google ranks another page of yours, the workspace flags it, and you get a Telegram or email alert when it starts.

Can I watch several client sites in one place?

Yes. The All rankings page shows every tracker across your projects in one table: visibility, keywords in the top 3 and top 10, and the change over the past week.

My rankings dropped. Is it just me, or is Google shuffling results?

Each tracker shows a SERP volatility score (0–10): how much page one changed for your tracked keywords since the previous check. A high score means Google reshuffled results for everyone.
