No. We send search engine crawlers to your page and show whether it was crawled; the search engine decides whether to index it. Run an index check a few days later to see the result.
How is it billed?
You pay per URL; the fast queue costs more than the standard one. You see the total before sending, and it comes out of your credit when you submit. Links that can't be delivered are refunded.
Which pages should I send?
Pages that search engines may index, without a noindex tag, that name themselves as canonical. Blocked or redirecting addresses only waste your credit.
