Data controller

Your personal data is processed by weranklab as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Contact: [email protected].

Data we process

Identity and contact: name, email address and, if you link it, your Telegram chat ID.

Customer transactions: projects, tracked domains and keywords, credit history and payment records (we never see or store card details).

Security: IP address, session and sign-in logs, and bot-check (Cloudflare Turnstile) results.

Why we process it

To create and manage your account; provide rank tracking, research and alerts; process top-ups and payments; answer support requests; keep the service secure and prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.

Legal grounds

Under KVKK Art. 5(2): performance of a contract (c), legal obligations (ç), establishing, exercising or defending a right (e), and our legitimate interests where they do not override your rights (f).

Who receives it

Only as needed to run the service: payment providers (PayTR, Cryptomus), hosting, infrastructure and security providers (including Cloudflare), our email delivery service, and our search data provider (DataForSEO, which only receives the domains and keywords you query). Some of these are abroad, so transfers follow KVKK Art. 9.

Public authorities receive data only where the law requires it.

How we collect it

Electronically, through sign-up and settings forms, use of the workspace, payment pages and support correspondence.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You can ask whether your data is processed and for details about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know who it was shared with, have incomplete or wrong data corrected, have it erased when the legal conditions are met, have those corrections or erasures passed on to recipients, object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
